We, the faithful of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, under the guidance of our patroness, Mary, the Mother of God, commit ourselves to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ. By the grace of the Lord’s presence in the Holy Eucharist, we dedicate ourselves to be a community that reflects our faith in every aspect of our lives.
Worship God through the celebration of the Eucharist and the other Sacraments, the Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, the celebration of the Liturgy of the Hours, and other forms of communal prayer which encourage active family participation;
Educate and guide the formation of our youth and provide for the continued catechesis of our adult community to embrace Christ fully and completely as we work to evangelize all God’s children;
Welcome each of our brothers and sisters in the human community to share our faith and our mission;
Serve all our brothers and sisters, particularly the poor and marginalized, acknowledging Christ in each of them;
Recognize and nurture the different gifts of the Holy Spirit present in each of our members and encourage them to share their gifts with our parish family;
Promote a community of charity, realizing that we are all brothers and sisters following in the footsteps of Christ.
We pray to our loving God, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, through the intercession of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, to guide and direct us in our efforts.
